PokeGrade Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 21, 2025
Hey Trainer! At PokeGrade, your privacy is as important to us as a rare holo Charizard. This Privacy Policy is here to explain what data we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe — so you can focus on grading your cards and catching 'em all.
What We Catch (a.k.a. Information We Collect)
When you use PokeGrade, we may gather a few details to keep the service running smoothly, including:
- Your email and username when you create an account
- Images of Pokémon cards you upload for grading
- Usage and analytics data to improve PokeGrade (like a Pokédex upgrade!)
- Device info, like your browser or OS, to help us debug and optimize
Why We Need It (a.k.a. How We Use Your Info)
We use your data to:
- Deliver fast, accurate card grading using our AI
- Help you manage your Trainer profile and support requests
- Study how Trainers use PokeGrade to improve features
- Share service updates or important info (no spammy PokéMail, we promise)
Protecting Your Data (a.k.a. Our PokéDefenses)
We use secure systems and best practices to shield your data from Team Rocket-style breaches — including encryption, access controls, and regular audits.
Your Trainer Rights
As a respected member of the PokeGrade League, you can:
- View the data we've collected about you
- Fix anything that's inaccurate
- Request deletion of your info if you're leaving the region
- Opt out of certain data uses if you prefer to stay in stealth mode
